The offer for free upgrade to Windows 10 ends today. You'll no more be getting further updates for free if you have not upgraded to Windows 10 today.

Microsoft rolled out free upgrade last year on 29 July for all their Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 customers. This free upgrade offer was only for one year after the official release of Windows 10.
